The great thing about Home-Based-Telemarketing is that it's not like your average telemarketing job. If you've telemarketed before, you know that you drive into the office, you work from 5-9pm, you make a little bit per hour, and hopefully if things go well, you make a little bit of bonus money. Typically, telemarketers that work for a company at their office earn $200-$400 per week. With Oasis Marketing Group, you have opportunities ranging from entry level all the way up to team leaders. Plus, there's no favoritism or office politics when it comes to who gets promoted... you are promoted based on your production. This is YOUR opportunity. Listed below, you'll find how our pay scale and promotion scale works:
Oasis Family Rewards Member/Independent Rep: Receive $25 per family you refer to any participating resort that qualifies & completes a tour.
Oasis Marketing Group Associate: As an entry-level associate with Oasis Marketing Group, you receive $50 per family you book that qualifies & completes a tour. Once you have 10 qualified tours in any given 30-day period, you become eligible to move up to the next level: Entry-Level Telemarketer.
Entry-Level Telemarketer: Entry-Level Telemarketers start the home-based telemarketing process, making calls from leads provide by Oasis Marketing Group from your home or business, and receive $75 per qualified family that completes a tour. Entry-Level Telemarketers are expected to maintain at least 10 qualified tours per 30-day period, and if you go two consecutive "months" without doing so, may be placed back as an Associate. In order to be eligible to move from Entry-Level to Certified Telemarketer, you must produce 20 qualified tours in any given 30-day period.
Certified Telemarketer: Certified Telemarketers receive $100 per qualified family that completes a tour. Certified Telemarketers are expected to maintain a minimum of 20 qualified tours per 30-day period, and if you go below this goal for consecutive "months", may be placed back as an Entry-Level or Associate, depending on your level of production.
As a Certified Telemarketer, you can begin recruiting a network of Associate & Entry-Level Telemarketers, and you receive an override on those individuals' production. Example: If you bring on an Associate and the Associate has a qualified tour, their commission is $50 and because you are a Certified Telemarketer, you receive $50. If you bring on an Entry-Level Telemarketer, their commission is $75 and you receive $25. To be eligible to move from Certified Telemarketer to Team Leader, you need to reach a total of 50 qualified tours (between you and your recruited network) per 30-day period.
Team Leader: As a Team Leader, you receive $125 per tour, with an override of $25 per Certified Telemarketer tour, $50 per Entry-Level Telemarketer tour, and $75 per Associate tour. You and your team must maintain a minimum of 50 total qualified tours per month, or you may be placed back to the Certified Telemarketer level, unless you are approved by the company marketing director to stay at Team Leader status.
