Oasis Marketing Group, LLC has operated an OPC (off property contact) program since we began business in 2004.
What is an OPC?
An OPC is a marketing representative that contacts potential resort guests at designated locations such as restaurants, hotels and shopping centers, to invite families to preview a particular resort property that we represent. Each OPC will offer gifts & incentives to entice families to attend a resort presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes. The great thing is that every time you get a family to come in and take a look, you get paid! The resort is happy because they have potential clients to preview their resort and vacation ownership program. The customer is happy because they receive $100-$400 worth of incentives just to take a look. Every time a family takes a look, the marketer gets paid whether the family has lots of interest or absolutely no interest in the products that are being offered by the resort. Everybody wins!
Currently OMG offers 2 OPC projects... We have a Williamsburg, VA project which is managed by Bud Weiss (bud@oasismarketinggroup.com). We also offer a project in the Outer Banks of North Carolina which is currently being managed by Benny Darnley (benny@oasismarketinggroup.com). OMG prides itself in consistently finding projects in these two areas to keep our OPC Marketers busy and making money at all times.
