1. While your schedule is up to you as an Independent Agent, we require you work a minimum of 10 hours per week to remain active.

2. We prefer that you have high speed internet access (DSL, Cable or Satellite). Dial up is not supported at this time for our predictive dialer; however, if you would like to start by being a hand-dial agent, you may do so.

3. You must speak and write English clearly, and read English at an acceptable level.

4. Basic computer experience is preferred. We prefer for OMG Agents to be able to send and receive email, and read and use Microsoft Excel or Open Office; however, we do provide a hotline number you can use to leave all your information via voicemail.

5. You must have a quiet environment in which to conduct your work, during your working times.

6. MOST IMPORTANTLY, you must have a desire to achieve and a willingness to learn!

Getting Started:

Once you have been selected as an OMG agent, it's time to train and become certified into one or multiple OMG campaigns! Congratulations are due at this point! The training and certification process was developed to ensure that you are ready to be profitable on day one!

Step One: Orientation Conference Call
This 1 to 1.5 hour call will acquaint you with the OMG team, the whys and hows of what we do, your management team, and provide you a black and white road map to success!

Step Two: Self Directed Study and Testing
At this stage in your certification, you will be given access to all the information needed to ensure your own success. Telemarketing scripts, rebuttals, and leads will be provided to all telemarketing agents. We will also recap the manifest and confirmation process that was explained to you in the orientation conference call. There will be a brief quiz following the completion of this section.

Step Three: Live Calls
Now that you have all the information and tools that you need to be succesful, along with top industry pay, it's time for you to get out there and make the money you deserve!
